23views is a photography website focusing on non-traditional views of beautiful things. While special attention is given toward the artistic features of aircooled Volkswagens, we welcome quality photography of all vehicles, people, animals, architecture and/or anything unique and different.

The name 23views is loosely associated with an advertising campaign that Volkswagen of America ran in the mid-sixties. The advertisement suggested that each of the views seen from the 21 different windows in the VW bus was unique. Since I was a child I have loved Volkswagens of all types, but the 23-window deluxe bus is my all-time favorite, hence the domain name 23views.
